Winter/Spring 2025 - Registration

Activities - Who can sign up?

Services are offered to:

Children from 3 to 12
Teens from 13 to 21

People who wish to participate in the activities must be members of the organization (have renewed their membership for the current year).

Activities - When?

The "Winter-SPRING" session

for children and teens begins in January and ends in June, 2025.

Activities - How to enroll?

The number of places available is limited. Therefore, it is very important to sign the participant up for these activities within the registration period.

Registration will take place online between November 30th (at Noon) and December 3rd (6pm) 2024.

The registration button giving access to the enrollment form will be online by November 30th at noon.

If you do not have access to the internet or are less familiar with this type of technology, you can make an appointment with one of our staff members during the enrollment period who will be able to assist you with the process at our offices. Please contact TUOI’s administration at 819-595-1290 ext.23 to schedule a meeting.

Attribution of places

Places are allocated in accordance with our place management procedure.

The team will use a weighted random draw from all valid applications received within the registration period to determine priority.

For services to children and teens:

Each member will be granted the equivalent of one place per month (1 activity per 4 weeks of service), until all available places are distributed, taking into account the level of support that each participant needs.

What’s next?

Following the registration period, the coordination team will meet to create the groups according to the age and needs of the participants. Parents will receive confirmation of services, in the form of a contract, by email by December 20th 2024.
