News - Intro image
Trait d’Union Outaouais (TUO) is proud to present its new 2026–2030 strategic plan, developed with the support of the firm EPSI.

This plan is the result of a structured and participatory process, including consultations with our members, staff and partners. It aims to guide TUO’s development in a coherent, sustainable way that is aligned with the needs of our community.

Three key priorities to guide our actions

The strategic plan is built around three main axes:

  • Service evolution
  • Human resources and employee experience
  • Partnerships and sustainable funding

These priorities will help us strengthen the quality, accessibility and consistency of our
services, while reinforcing our role as a key autism resource in the Outaouais region.

A realistic action plan for the first year

The first year (2026–2027) will focus on stabilizing and strengthening TUO’s foundations.

The main priorities are:

  • Consolidating and diversifying funding sources
  • Strengthening workplace climate and trust
  • Consolidating the service redesign

Concrete actions will include:

  • Launching working committees focused on key services (respite, awareness-raising and adult services)
  • Clarifying and structuring our service offering
  • Implementing actions to support our team
  • Developing sustainable funding approaches
