Thank you all for your presence and engagement!

We kicked off the AGM with a warm and friendly happy hour, where we celebrated the contributions of our employees in their first year with us, as well as the 5-year anniversaries of Véronique and Cathy. It was a heartfelt moment that reminded us how important it is to recognize the dedication of those who bring TUO to life every day.

The AGM itself was dynamic and constructive. We extended our thanks to Francine for her many years of service on the Board of Directors. Updates were made to our General Bylaws to better reflect our current reality. We also presented our 2024–2025 Annual Activity Report, now available on our website.

Finally, two new candidates were introduced and approved, completing our Board of Directors. Warm welcome to Catherine and Anna! A great energy is in place for the year ahead!
